Porsche P'9521

The Porsche P’9521 phone has just been launched in India by Pratham Telecom. The Porsche P’9521 phone is equipped with a 2.2-inch, high-definition touch screen. A double hinge made from aluminum enables the screen to rotate 180 degrees enabling the phone to be used as a digital camera.

The Porsche P’9521’s casing is milled out of a single aluminum block, which is a unique production method for phones. The aluminum gives it a sophisticated feel. The monitor is an AM-OLED type and capable of rendering 2,62,000 colours, with a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels.

The Porsche P’9521 provides a fingerprint reader,

which assures the security of personal information as well as the access to it. It also enables the user to assign individual fingerprints to particular numbers or phone functions, thus making operation quite convenient. The Porsche P’9521 offers high-speed Internet access by using EDGE.

The Porsche P’9521 also features an auto-focus video and still camera boasting 3.2-megapixel resolution, integrated flash and digital zoom. It is also equipped with an MP3 player and three speakers for ring tones and voice playback in stereo quality sound.

Porsche Design had teamed up with French-based Salem communications to create the Porsche P’9521. The Porsche P’9521 phone is priced at Rs 76,999 in India, and will come with a warranty period of two years.
